At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on eInvoicing, SAP DRC, and SAP Finance-related integration processes: Experience in the design, implementation, and customization of electronic invoicing processes in SAP S/4HANA environments; experience in integrating SAP DRC into hybrid system landscapes with SAP BTP; very good English skills (German optional); ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); knowledge of the XRechnung standard; experience with German and European legal requirements; SAP-specific expertise: SAP S/4HANA; SAP Output Management (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms); SAP IDoc/EDI for exchange with portals (e.g., ZUGFeRD portal, PEPPOL, digital invoice receipt); SAP Document Compliance/SAP eInvoicing; SAP SD knowledge; experience with document and output management in SAP (e.g., PDF generation with XML/UBL structure); ABAP knowledge; practical implementation experience with the introduction of XRechnung: mapping of SAP invoice data conversion to XRechnung-XML; validation of XML files (e.g., with ZUGFeRD Validator, XRechnung Validator); connection to invoice receipt portals (e.g., ZUGFeRD Portal, PEPPOL, etc.); testing and acceptance processes; knowledge of ZUGFeRD and XRechnung integration in SAP; soft skills: strong communication skills, documentation skills, training skills; bonus: experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, PEPPOL, XML
