What skills are required for this sap basis solution architect (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Solid, multi-year professional experience in SAP architecture, ideally with in-depth knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based system landscapes (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP). Extensive experience in the technical management of external implementation partners, SAP, RISE, and operations providers (SLA and provider management). Strong knowledge of SAP security, authorization management, IAM, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Practical experience in release, patch, and transport management, as well as IT operations (ideally knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM). Proficient handling of audits (preparation, participation, and documentation). Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and business units. Required language skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
