3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Platform / Apex Developer, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (certifications a plus). Solid development experience: Apex, REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, event-based architectures. DevOps & Deployment: Git (GitFlow/trunk-based), SFDX, VS Code, automated CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Integration: Experience with middleware, API limits, retry mechanisms, monitoring/logging. Mindset: Systematic problem-solving, clean development of existing customizations, experience with technical debt. Plus: Understanding of energy processes, agile working, independent, quality-conscious work style.
