About Us

We help patients find high-quality, affordable care abroad through our platforms:DentalDepartures.comandMedicalDepartures.com.

Our fully remote team of 36+ professionals spans Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa — united by one mission: to make medical travel simpler, safer, and smarter.

About the Role

We are hiring high-performance sales professionals who can convert complex, high-value dental cases ($3,000–$25,000+) into confirmed and attended bookings.

This is NOT short-cycle commodity sales.

This is:

  • Long follow-up cycles

  • Emotional trust-based selling

  • High-ticket consultation sales

  • Travel-readiness qualification

  • Attendance-driven execution

You will be responsible not just for booking — but for ensuring patients SHOW UP.

If you thrive in structured sales funnels, disciplined follow-up systems, and high accountability environments — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Big-Ticket Conversion (Primary Focus)

  • Convert inbound and outbound high-value leads into qualified, deposit-ready bookings.

  • Execute structured follow-up sequences (minimum required touchpoints).

  • Handle objections around:

    • Price

    • Travel

    • Fear

    • Clinic credibility

  • Position treatment packages, brochures, and custom quotes professionally.

  • Drive patient commitment toward deposit and confirmed attendance.

Long-Cycle Follow-Up Discipline

  • Maintain consistent follow-up across sales cycles.

  • No lead left untouched.

  • Recycle dormant big-ticket leads strategically.

  • Avoid premature “Not Interested” tagging without qualification attempts.

Pre-Attendance Qualification

Before a booking is accepted as confirmed, you must validate:

  • Treatment intent

  • Financial readiness

  • Timeline commitment

You will work with Team Leaders to ensure bookings are not soft or forecast-inflating.

Attendance Ownership

  • Proactively manage pre-VIP communication.

  • Confirm travel details, deposits, and readiness.

  • Reduce no-show rates.

  • Protect clinic relationships by ensuring booking integrity.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain 95%+ CRM accuracy.

  • Track every stage:

    Lead → Contact → Qualified → Booked → Attended

  • No ghosting, no abandoned big-ticket opportunities.

  • Follow reassignment and performance-based distribution rules.

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role.

You will be measured on:

  • Big-ticket conversion rate

  • Follow-up compliance

  • Booking quality

  • Attendance rate

  • Revenue generated

  • CRM accuracy

Top performers receive:

  • Priority access to high-value leads

  • Promotion eligibility (Senior / Closer / Team Lead)

Underperformance leads to reduced big-ticket allocation.

Team Collaboration

  • Join coaching sessions, performance reviews, and weekly team syncs.

  • Participate in sales challenges and contribute to team targets.
