TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
1.Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy;
2.Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in any major
2. Available to undertake a 6-month internship commitment, with a minimum weekly on-site presence of 3 days.
3. Demonstrated exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining precision and clarity.
4. A proactive, solution-focused communicator with a genuine passion for supporting and assisting others.
5. Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and consistent reliability in task execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in technology, media, creator economy, or platform operations.
2. Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, and data analytics dashboards.
3. An inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to understand the operational mechanics of large-scale platforms.
4. Ability to translate data insights and pattern recognition into actionable, impactful process improvements.
