[REMOTE] Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with manufacturing facilities on order and PO status
  • Track land, air, and sea shipments and provide delivery updates
  • Review order history and follow up on reorder opportunities
  • Support lead qualification, sales reporting, and CRM administration
  • Process invoices, payments, AP/AR, and basic bookkeeping transactions
  • Assist with month-end accounting documentation and reporting
  • Support inventory tracking, purchasing, and vendor communication
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, operations, and accounting to resolve customer needs

[REMOTE] Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales support, sales administration, or customer service experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment required
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics, including shipment tracking and shipping terms/processes, required
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, or accounting support required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM system required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail required
