The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Project Experience: Several years of demonstrable experience in project and program management of global rollouts, ideally in a corporate environment. Expertise: In-depth expert knowledge of GDPR data protection programs and solid experience with AI governance requirements or IT compliance. Industry Know-how: Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., medical technology/MedTech, pharmaceuticals, finance) is essential. Software & Tool Skills: Sound practical knowledge of the governance tools OneTrust and Trustible (especially migration experience). Proficiency in collaboration and PM tools such as Jira and Confluence (desirable). Soft Skills & Work Style: A high degree of initiative, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication and moderation skills when dealing with diverse, international stakeholder groups. Language Skills: The project language is English: Fluency (at least level B2/C1) is mandatory. Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
