Regulatory Contracts Coordinator (m/f/d)

Several years of experience in contract management, documentation management, or administrative/regulatory support functions. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment is advantageous. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ICH/GCP and general clinical development processes. Proficient use of contract management systems and complex documentation structures. Excellent organizational skills and a structured and independent work style. Experience handling confidential information and regulatory documents. Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration systems. Ability to coordinate multiple project-related topics simultaneously and on schedule. Strong communication skills in international project structures.
