As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key analytical partner to our Go-to-Market leadership, building the models and frameworks that drive our commercial engine. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, translating complex business questions into practical sales strategies that improve productivity and marketplace health.

This role is for a data-driven operator who thrives in the messy reality of a fast-growing business and can stay calm under the pressure of tight deadlines. You won't just report numbers; you will own critical planning cadences, manage territory disputes, and troubleshoot process inefficiencies to ensure our sales teams are set up to win. Rate of Pay: $131,000 to $160,000 per year

What you'll do

  • Build framework for analysis behind company-wide decisions relating to commercial operations, process, and optimization. Collaborate across the team to document and interpret business data.
  • Build and improve data pipelines with globally scalable dashboards.
  • Write queries, perform data analysis, and create data visualizations to optimize operations.
  • Develop new metrics to track user engagement and retention for internal products.
  • Perform time-series analyses, hypothesis testing, and ad-hoc analyses to statistically assess relative impact and extract trends on new product launches.
  • Create, improve, and automate reporting methods through an understanding of databases, data relationships, and data integrity.
  • May telecommute.

Basic Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Communications, Instructional Tech and Media, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an operations-related occupation.
  • Position requires:
    • SQL and database management including querying large datasets to extract insights; (including SQL language);
    • Programming for Analysis & Automation; including using Python or R for data wrangling, modeling, and automation;
    • Writing scripts to clean data, build pipelines, and run operational simulations;
    • Data Visualization & BI Tools, building dashboards and reports in Tableau, DataStudio, and Excel;
    • Statistical Methods, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, and Time-Series Forecasting;
    • Experimental design (A/B testing), cohort analysis; Operations Research / Optimization Techniques with ability to use solver for linear programming;
    • Ability to use solver for linear programming.
