We are looking for a REFA expert (m/f/d) for our client. Start date: October 1st or 15th, 2026. Duration: 4 months with option to extend. Remote work: approximately 50%, no fixed days, but dependent on the tasks at hand. Workload: 100%. What skills are required for this refa expert (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

REFA training. Ideally, REFA technician with an engineering background (production planning, work preparation, process engineering, industrial engineering, industrial management). Extensive experience in time management. Specific experience in time studies in a production environment with machining processes.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
