As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team.

About the Role

This is a high-performance, target-driven recruitment position focused on hiring interpreters across multiple languages. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by achieving ambitious hiring goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
• Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
