The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client pipelines, strategizing marketing campaigns, and maximizing exposure of listings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community engagement.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings, including social media campaigns, email marketing, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling property presentations, listing descriptions, and online advertisements.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, property staging, and competitive positioning.
