OutsourcedIn is partnering with a leading property management agency based in Sydney, Australia, to hire an experienced Property Manager to join their growing remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly professional and supportive group dedicated to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across NSW.
This is a fully remote, home office-based position no fieldwork required. You'll be supported by an on-the-ground team handling inspections and out-of-office tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best: managing properties efficiently and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Landlord Management
Handle tenant and landlord communications via email and phone
Manage rental applications, lease preparations, and renewals
Process maintenance requests and coordinate with trades and service providers
Monitor rental payments, arrears, and issue rent reminders
Maintain accurate tenant and owner information in property management software
Leasing & Marketing
Create and manage property listings on platforms such as realestate.com.au and Domain
Assist with advertising, photography coordination, and listing updates
Respond to rental enquiries and schedule inspections
Prepare and maintain marketing materials for listings
Administrative & Financial Support
Manage inbox and calendar for the property management team
Prepare documents, reports, and condition reports
Track key dates such as lease expiries, inspections, and insurance renewals
Reconcile payments, manage arrears, and process invoices
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with NSW tenancy legislation
Monitor compliance deadlines (e.g., smoke alarms, insurance, pool certificates)
Generate reports on arrears, renewals, maintenance, and inspections
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in Australian property management
Strong understanding of NSW tenancy laws and real estate processes
Proficient in industry-specific CRMs such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Console Cloud
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Proactive, client-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
