Für eine aktuelle Projektanforderung sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach qualifizierter personeller Unterstützung mit folgendem Profil:

Vor-Ort-Support für Endanwender bei IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im Client-Umfeld in einer Windows Umgebung
Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Hardware & Serviceanfragen an der Servicetheke gemäß entsprechendem Ticket
Aufbau, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Notebooks, Monitore, Peripherie)
Installation, Konfiguration und Updates von Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware
Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwarestörungen
Durchführung von IT-Rollouts (Hardware- und Softwareaustausch)
Dokumentation der Störungen, Maßnahmen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem

Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
bsp. durch Projekterfahrung im angeforderten Tätigkeitsfeld
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kundenorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
