+ Bauleitung / Objektüberwachung gemäß LP 8 (HOAI) + Überwachung und Koordination der Fassadenmontage auf den Baustellen + Überwachung des Baufortschritts in Abstimmung mit dem Gesamtprojektleiter + Qualitäts-, Termin- und Ausführungskontrolle der Fassadenarbeiten + Betreuung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten im Bereich vorgehängter hinterlüfteter Fassaden + Dokumentation und Begleitung der Baustellenabwicklung
Anforderungen:
+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung / Objektüberwachung (LP 8) + Erfahrung im Fassadenbau + Erfahrung mit vorgehängten hinterlüfteten Fassaden (VHF) + Selbstständige Baustellensteuerung + Erfahrung auf größeren Bauprojekten
