+ Bauleitung und Koordination der Bauarbeiten vor Ort (Site Management) + Überwachung der Erd- und Tiefbauarbeiten sowie Kabelarbeiten auf der Projektfläche + Entgegennahme und Kontrolle von Komponentenlieferungen auf der Baustelle + Führung des Bautagebuchs auf Basis der Projektvorlagen des Kunden + Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Mängeln während der Bauausführung + Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prüf- und Abnahmeprotokollen
Anforderungen:
+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter Wind / PV / Kabeltiefbau / Umspannwerke / Datacenter / Rechenzentrum / BESS + Erfahrung im Bereich Kabeltiefbau, Trafostationen oder elektrischer Infrastruktur + Erfahrung in der Baustellenkoordination und Bauüberwachung + Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation & Mängelmanagement
