+ Genehmigungsmanagement nach Planfeststellungsbeschluss im Großprojekt + Auflagenmanagement: Überwachung der Auflagen und Nebenbestimmungen aus dem Planfeststellungsbeschluss sowie deren Einhaltung während der Bauphase + Umsetzen von Planänderungen: + Prüfung inwieweit Änderungen während der Bauphase vom Beschluss gedeckt sind + Koordination von Änderungsanzeigen und Planänderungsverfahren + Vorbereitung von Änderungs-Unterlagen (Änderungsantrag, Erläuterungsbericht, Lagepläne, Eigentümerlisten, Umweltgutachten, Artenschutzprüfung, Wasserrechtliche Unterlagen, Bodenschutzbewertung etc.) + Abstimmung mit Bau, Umwelt und Behörden + Kontrolle von Ausgleichs- Ersatzmaßnahmen (Umwelt und Naturschutzauflagen) + Nachweisführung gegenüber der Behörden
