Im PLZ-Raum D0 (Nord-Deutschland) wird eine erfahrene Bauleitung im Tiefbau gesucht.
Aufgaben: Planung und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen im Straßen- und Tiefbau Koordination von Personal und Nachunternehmern Kontrolle des Baufortschritts unter Berücksichtigung technischer Anforderungen und wirtschaftlicher Zielvorgaben Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen Nachtragsgestaltung und -umsetzung Steuerung mehrerer Baustellen parallel im Rahmen kleinerer Projekte bis ca. 1 Mio. Euro
Anforderungen:
Idealerweise 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau Erfahrung in der Leitung mehrerer Baustellen gleichzeitig Praxis in der Abwicklung von Projekten bis etwa 1 Mio. Euro Sichere Projekterfahrung in Planung, Steuerung und Ausführung Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsstärke und Kostenbewusstsein
