+ Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd Level Support + Übernahme und Bearbeitung von Tickets + Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter IT-Service-Prozesse und Betriebsabläufe + Pflege, Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Knowledge-Base-Artikeln + Ansprechpartner zwischen Service Desk, Fachbereichen und Produktteams + Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs + Durchführung und Moderation von Service Review Meetings + Überwachung und Bewertung der Servicequalität sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
Anforderungen:
+ Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT Service Management bzw. IT-Betrieb + Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Tickets und operativen Service-Prozessen + Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management nach ITIL 4 + Deutsch
