+ Örtliche Bauüberwachung / Bauleitung für Kläranlagenprojekte (Schwerpunkt LP 8), Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung vor Ort + Betreuung mehrerer kleinerer Kläranlagenprojekte, keine Großprojekte
+ Ausführungsplanung und Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, falls das mit übernommen werden kann, kein muss
Anforderungen:
+ Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung bzw. örtlichen Bauüberwachung von Kläranlagenprojekten + Kenntnisse der Leistungsphase 8 (HOAI) + Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Niedersachsens und im nördlichen NRW (+ Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Erfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung)
