Für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Fachbauleitung Elektro und MSR.
Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
+ Fachbauleitung Elektro und MSR
+ Koordination mit Planungs , Design , Bau und Commissioning Teams, insbesondere im regulierten Pharma /Life Science Umfeld
+ Durchführung und Moderation von Walkdowns, technischen Abstimmungen und Meetings mit Eigentümer und Engineering Teams
+ Verantwortliche Steuerung des Permit to Work Prozesses sowie täglicher Sicherheitsfreigaben
+ Sicherstellung qualitätsgerechter Ausführung aller elektrischen Bauleistungen gemäß Industrie , GMP und Kundenvorgaben
+ Nutzung gängiger Softwaretools für Reporting und Projektdokumentation
Anforderungen:
+ Erfahrung als Fachbauleiter Elektro und MSR
+ Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher) in English und Deutsch
