Aktutell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem CAD/CAM bzw. CNC-Programmierer für 5-Achs-Bearbeitung mit Siemens NX-CAM (m/w/d) für einen spannenden Kunden.
Auslastung: 75-85 % (30-35h/w)
Ort: 100% vor ort in Herne
Aufgaben:
+ Erstellung von CNC-Programmen mithilfe von CAM-Software (Siemens NX-CAM), basierend auf technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen
+ Anlegen von Werkzeugen im Tool Manager/Werkzeugverwaltung
+ Unterstützung beim Einfahren an der Maschine (DMC 80 & 160 von DMG MORI bzw. DECKEL MAHO)
Anforderungen:
Must-have´s:
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der CAD/CAM Programmierer mit Siemens NX-CAM
- Kenntnisse in der 5-Achs-Programmierung
- Kenntnisse in der Maschinensteuerung Sinumerik One (Hochsprache)
