- Qualitätssicherung vor Ort durch Plansichtung vor der Umsetzung, Prüfung der Unterlagen sowie Kontrolle der Ausführungsqualität auf der Baustelle
- Einfordern und Prüfen von Vorleistungen der ausführenden Firmen

Koordination von Rückbauten und Neumontagen einschließlich Freischaltungen
- Termincontrolling durch Soll-/Ist-Abgleich der Projekttermine
