+ Bauüberwachung auf der Baustelle eines Netzausbauprojekts
+ Sichern von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
+ Überwachung der Bauleistungen gemäß Leistungsbild
+ Dokumentation des Bauablaufs
+ Prüfen und Bewerten von Nachträgen
+ Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen und Rechnungsprüfung
Anforderungen:
+ Hochschulabschluss Dipl. Bauingenieur TU/FH, Bachelor of Science oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tiefbau und Spezialtiefbau
+ Mind. 3 Jahre in der Leistungsphase 8 und 9 als örtliche Bauüberwachung / Bauleitung
+ Erfahrung in den techn. Reegelwerken des dt. Bauingenieurwesens (VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN-Normen)
+ Erfahrung in den dt.gesetzlichen Regelwerken (§ 631ff BGB)
+ Erfahrung im Vergaberecht
+ Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
