Durchführung von Technical Due Diligence (Bestandsaufnahme vor Ort) Ableitung und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen (z. B. aus Mängellisten) Teilweise eigene Planung (v. a. Ausführungsplanung) Erstellung von Ausschreibungen Bauüberwachung der Maßnahmen Koordination kleinerer Sanierungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Decken, Böden, Brandschutz) Abstimmung mit Bauherren und Behördenanforderungen
Anforderungen:
Erfahrung in Sanierung von Bestandsgebäuden Erfahrung in Planung (mind. Ausführungsplanung) Erfahrung in Bauüberwachung Allrounder-Profil über mehrere Leistungsphasen Kenntnisse in AutoCAD (2D) oder Revit Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit vor Ort (südlich von Hamburg) Kommunikativ
