Aktuell sind wir für ein spannendes Projekt unseres Kunden auf der Suche nach einem QM Manager (m/w/d).
Start: 15.08.2026
Auslastung: 50-70%
Dauer: 1 Jahr +
Ort: remote, Reisebereitschaft nach Rostock auf die Baustelle (ganz kleiner Anteil)
Sprache: Deutsch
Gesamtprojekt:
Bau von Wasserstoffanlagen
Aufgaben:
- Analyse des Standes der aktuellen Projekte
- Maßnahmen ableiten um die Dokumente für das QM zum richtigen Zeitpunkt in der richtigen Form zu erhalten
- Projekte im QM als Teilprojektleiter betreuen
- Terminplan für notwenige Dokumente erstellen und führen
- Planen wann und in welchem Umfang Inspektionen für die Projekte notwendig sind
- Einmal im Monat Lessons Learnd Meetings mit den Projektleitern der einzelnen Projekte
- Lessons Learnd in den Projekten umsetzen
- Für das neue Projekt DPS QM Konzept erstellen
Anforderungen:
Must:
- Erfahrungen im Anlagenbau, Sonderanlagenbau
- mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im QM Bereich von Projekten
- Erfahrungen im Dokumentenmanagement
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise
