Für ein spannendes Projekt unseres Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter Elektro mit Erfahrung im Hochhausbau.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Eigenverantwortliche technische und wirtschaftliche Betreuung von Elektroprojekten in der HOAI-Leistungsphase 8
+ Steuerung und Abstimmung der beteiligten Nachunternehmer sowie aller relevanten Gewerke auf der Baustelle.
+ Organisation, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Bau- und Projektterminen mit allen Projektbeteiligten.
+ Überwachung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kostenentwicklung, Termintreue und Einhaltung der technischen Vorgaben.
Anforderungen:
Must haves:
+ Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter
+ Elektroerfahrung
+ Projekterfahrung in Hochhausprojekten
