Sie Unterstützung in der:
+ Ausführungsplanung
+ Vorbereitung der Vergabe
+ Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe
+ Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung): Baustellenkontrolle, Qualitätssicherung, Termin- & Kostenkontrolle, Abnahme, Rechnungsprüfung
+ Nachtragsmanagement
Auslastung: 40%
Leistungsphase 5-7 kann Remote erfolgen
Anforderungen:
+ Erfahrung im Sanierungsbereich
+ Flachdacherfahrung
+ Erfahrung in ArchiCad
+ Erfahrung in der Ausschreibungserstellung und Vergabe im öffentlichen Bereich
