+ Bauüberwachung des Umbaus / der Erweiterung eines bestehenden Umspannwerks
Anforderungen:
+ Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Ingenieurbau (auch WHG-Bauwerke);
+ betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
+ Grundkenntnisse im Recht (insbesondere Bauvertragsrecht, z.B. VOB, VOL, VOF, HOAI, BGB, etc..);
+ Bauleitung nach LBO, HOAI Phase 8
+ EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. Projektmanagementsoftware und Tools);
+ Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
+ mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Bauüberwachung in den Fachbereichen Ingenieurbau, Planprüfung, Bauvertragswesen und Nachtragsmanagement sowie Abfallwirtschaft
