+ Schriftverkehr mit Firmen
+ Kommunikation auf der Baustelle
+ Bauherrenvertretung
+ Koordination andere Firmen und Gewerken
+ Qualitätssicherung
+ Dokumentation
Anforderungen:
+ Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung in HKLS
+ Erfahrung in Medien (z.B. Schwarzmedien)
+ Erfahrung im Fabrikbau
+ Erfahrung in der Koordination von mehreren ausführenden Firmen
+ Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung während die Planung noch läuft
+ Erfahrung in Projekten mit Gesamtvolumen > 100 Mio.
+ Erfahrung in Terminplänen (Tool: MS-Project)
