Rahmenbedingungen:
+ Auslastung: 40h die Woche
+ Einsatzort: Passau, voll Zeit vor Ort
Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen u.a.:
+ Bauüberwachung
+ Bauoberleitung
+ Ausführungsüberwachung
+ Leistungsphase 8 HOAI
+ Baustelle vor Ort abwickeln
Anforderungen: + Bauingenieur oder Bautechniker
+ Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauüberwacher
+ Autobahnbau, Lärmschutzwall, Regenrückhaltebecken
+ Bekannt sein mit den gängigen Regelwerken
(VOB, ZTV-Ing, RAB-Ing)
+ Verkehrssicherung
+ Nachtragsmanagement
