Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Bauabrechner für das Gewerk Elektrotechnik.
Auslastung 100 %, 3 Tage vor Ort - 2 Tage remote
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Erstellung der Aufmaße und Abrechnung
+ Prüfung der Aufmaße der Nachunternehmer
+ Kostenverfolgung und -prognose in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
+ Durchführung von Soll-/Ist Vergleichen sowie Analysen bei Abweichungen
Anforderungen: Tech. Fähigkeiten (Musthave):
+ Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
+ Expertise als operativer Bauabrechner
+ Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, Ariba
+ Erfahrung als Baukaufmann oder Bauabrechner
+ Erfahrungen im Gewerk TGA Elektrotechnik
Tech. Fähigkeiten (Nice to have):
+ Erfahrung PDS wünschenswert
