Aktuell suchen wir für einen unserer Partner Unterstützung im Bereich Messtechnik mit Fokus auf ZEISS Metrotom / Inspect.
Einsatzort: Raum Tuttlingen
Auslastung: 100% vor Ort
Aufgaben:
+ Durchführung von Messungen an Spritzgussteilen mit ZEISS Metrotom
+ Anpassung und Optimierung bestehender Messprogramme
+ Erstellung neuer Messprogramme bei Bedarf
+ Auswertung und Interpretation von Messergebnissen
+ Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Prüfungen nach Zeichnung
+ Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Fertigung und Spritzerei
+ Unterstützung bei Erstbemusterungen und Produktfreigaben
+ Dokumentation und Erstellung von Messberichten
Anforderungen: + Praktische Erfahrung mit ZEISS-Messtechnik
+ Sicherer Umgang mit ZEISS Metrotom-Systemen
+ Gute Kenntnisse in ZEISS INSPECT
+ Kenntnisse ZEISS DuraMax
+ Erfahrung in der Vermessung von Kunststoff- und Spritzgussteilen
+ Fähigkeit, bestehende Messprogramme anzupassen und neue Programme zu erstellen
+ Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
+ Kenntnisse in Form- und Lagetoleranzen
+ Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umfeld Spritzgussfertigung
