Für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Experten im Bereich Systemplanung BIM.
Folgende Aufgaben werden Sie hierbei übernehmen:
+ selbstständige Erstellung sämtlicher Planunterlagen im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau in allen Leistungsphasen
+ Erstellung von 3D-Gebäudemodellen mit der BIM Planungsmethode, Linear Methode
+ Zeichnen und Planen von raumlufttechnischen Anlagen (RLT)
+ Erstellung von Bauaufnahmen bei Bestandsobjekten
+ Gestaltung von Massenauszügen sowie das Prüfen der Aufmaße
Anforderungen: + Erfahrungen als CAD-Konstrukteur oder Systemplaner im Bereich BIM
+ Erfahrungen in der 3D-Konstruktion und im Erstellen von technischen Berechnungen in der TGA
+ Sehr gute Erfahrung mit CAD-Programmen (Autodesk AutoCad, BIM)
+ Kenntnisse AutoCad BIM Linear
+ Expertise in den Leistungsphasen der HOAI
