Für einen unserer Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Planungskoordinator im Bereich Bau.
*** 4 Tage die Woche vor Ort, 1 Tag remote ***
Folgende Aufgaben werden Sie übernehmen:
+ Zentrale Steuerungs‑ und Abstimmungsfunktion zwischen allen an der Planung beteiligten Fachdisziplinen
+ Konsistente, termingerechte und konfliktfreie Zusammenführung von Planungsleistungen (insbesondere bei komplexen Bauvorhaben)
Anforderungen: Musthave:
+ Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder TGA
+ Fundiertes Verständnis von Bauabläufen
+ Erfahrung im Bereich Termin- und Planungslogistik auf Großbaustellen
+ Erfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung
+ Erfahrung im Plan- und im Schnittstellenmanagement
Nice to have:
+ Toolkenntnissee in Thinkproject
