Aktuell sind wir für einen unserer Kunden auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter Sanitär mit 4-5 Tagen/Woche Auslastung vor Ort bei Kaiserslautern.
Folgende Aufgaben
+ Übernahme der Sanitär-Bauleitung
+ Montagepläne prüfen
+ Abgleich mit der Ausführungsplanung
+ Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen
+ Prüfen von Nachträgen
+ Nachunternehmersteuerung.
Anforderungen: Must-have:
+ Erfahrung in der Bauleitung für Sanitär
+ Erfahrung speziell im Bereich Trinkwasserhygiene, Krankenhaus, Pharmazie, Labor
Nice:
+ Erfahrung mit Tools Dalux oder ähnlich
+ IT-Affinität
