Für unseren Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter für Sanitär in einem Großprojekt.
Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
+ Übernahme der Sanitär-Bauleitung für einen Teilbereich innerhalb eines Großprojektes
+ Überprüfung von Montageplänen
+ Abgleich mit der Ausführungplanung
+ Durchführung von Baustellenbegehungen
+ Prüfen von Nachträgen
+ Nachunternehmersteuerung
Anforderungen: Tech. Fähigkeiten (Musthave):
+ Erfahrung in der Sanitär-Bauleitung
+ Erfahrung speziell im Bereich Trinkwasserhygiene, Krankenhaus, Pharmazie, Labor
Tech. Fähigkeiten (Nice to have):
+ Erfahrung mit Tools wie Dalux oder ähnlich
+ IT-Affinität
