+ Schriftverkehr mit Firmen
+ Kommunikation auf der Baustelle
+ Bauherrenvertretung
+ Koordination von bis zu 60 Arbeitskräften
+ Qualitätssicherung
+ Dokumentation
Anforderungen: Must Haves:
+ 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung TGA
+ Background Bauingenieurwesen oder Versorgungstechnik
+ Erfahrung im Industriebau
+ verantwortetes Bauvolumen von >20 Mio. EUR
+ Erfahrung in der Mechanik (HKLS)
