Aktutell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Betonbau für ein Teilzeitprojekt in Zweibrücken. (bestehend aus Dachsanierung & Lkw Testrampe)
Auslastung: 2-3 Tage 100% oder 5 Tage zu 50% vor Ort (kein Remoteanteil)
Ort: Zweibrücken
Aufgaben:
+ Bauüberwachung
+ Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Zeitplan und Kosten
+ Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Subunternehmerleistungen
+ Rechnungsstellung für Bauleistungen
Anforderungen: Must-Haves´s:
+ mind. 2- 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter oder ein sehr erfahrener Polier
+ Erfahrung im Betonbau
