Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Nachtragsprüfer im Bereich Umspannwerk, der folgende Aufgaben beim Kunden übernehmen soll:
+ Prüfung von Mehrkostenforderungen der Baufirmen
+ Nachträge von Bau- und Montagefirmen prüfen
+ Kontrolle, ob Zusatzleistungen vertraglich gedeckt sind
+ Prüfung nach VOB/B und Vertragsbedingungen
Anforderungen: vor Ort in Hamburg/Remote
Must have:
+ Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen
+ Umfassende Erfahrung im prüfen von Nachträgen / Nachtragsmanagement
+ Erfahrung in Kraftwerksprojekten
