Für ein spannendes Projekt bei einem unserer Kunden sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Architekt für ein Umbau eines Gebäudes mit Wohnungen und Gastronomie.
Rahmenbedingungen:
+ Horb am Neckar steht das Gebäude
+ 2 Tage pro Woche
+ Bei Bedarf vor Ort sonst Remote
Aufgaben:
+ Planung der Gastronomie
+ Planung einer Solarpavillion
+ Erstellung der Bauanträge
+ Erstellung eines Neuzuschnitts von 6 Wohnungen auf 10
+ Abstimmung mit BaFa Experten
Anforderungen: Must have:
+ Erfahrung in der Gastronomie
+ Erfahrung in der Küchenplanung speziell in der Gastro
+ Erfahrung in der Planung von Wohnungen inkl. Brandschutz und Rettungswege
Nice to have:
+ Erfahrung mit BaFA Förderung
