Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Bauleiter für die Gewerke Elektro und HKLS für ein spannendes Projekt bei unserem Kunden.
Auslastung: 20% / ca. 10 Stunden pro Woche
Ihre Aufgaben sind u.a.:
+ Koordination und Überwachung der ausführenden Firmen im jeweiligen Gewerk
+ Abstimmung mit Planung, Bauleitung und Auftraggeberseite
+ Prüfung von Ausführungsfragen und technischen Klärungen
+ Kontrolle von Baufortschritt, Qualität und Terminen
+ Mitwirkung bei Mängelverfolgung, Abnahmen und Dokumentation
+ Prüfung bzw. Einschätzung von Nachträgen und Stundenaufstellungen
Anforderungen: + Erfahrungen als Bauleiter
+ Erfahrung im Gewerk Elektro
+ Erfahrung im Gewerk HKLS
