+ Analyse der Planungsunterlagen
+ Erstellung und Überwachung der Einhaltung der Terminpläne
+ Koordination der Werks- und Montageplanung
+ Überwachung Einhaltung der gültigen Vorschriften
+ Steuerung des Materialflusses auf der Baustelle
+ Sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle der Baustelle und Koordination auf der Baustelle zur Wahrung der Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
Anforderungen:
+ mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter im Bereich TGA (HKLS oder ELT)
+ Erfahrung in Projekten größer 10 Mio. Euro Volumen
+ erfolgreiche Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) in den letzten Jahren
+ Softskills: Pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
+ sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Nice to have:
+ Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
