Aufgaben:
+ Server- und Netzwerkadministration sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von Client-, Hard- und Software
+ Identifikation technischer Risiken
+ Analyse und Klassifizierung von Anfragen sowie effiziente Störungsbehebung im Onsite- und Remote-Support
+ Sicherstellung von Stabilität
+ Übergang von "klassischer Administration" hin zum DevOps/Plattform Gedanken
Anforderungen:
+Administration von Windows-, Linux- und macOS-Systemen (5 Jahre +)
+ Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb von Netzwerken, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection und IT-Infrastrukturen
+ Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365
+ Praxis in Automatisierung und Provisioning (z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
+ Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
+ praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareverteilung/-paketierung
+ Verständnis von Architekturen und Servern
+ Verständnis von ITSM und ITIL Prozessen

+ Erfahrung mit Tools wie IP-Telefonie, Grafana, Veeam, Datenbanksystemen, Intune oder Atlassian
