Aufgaben:
• Koordination von Fremdgewerken und Dienstleistern
• Steuerung von Lieferungen und Baustellenlogistik
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Ablauf- und Terminplänen
• Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung von Vorschriften
• Bautagebuchführung und technische Berichterstattung
• Wöchentliches Reporting/Jour fixe mit dem Auftraggeber
• Erstellung der Projektdokumentatio
Anforderungen: • Erfahrung als Bauleiter vor Ort (keine Ausschreibung oder Planung)
• Wareneingangsprüfung, Dokumentation und Qualitätskontrolle
• Erfahrung mit PV-Freiflächenanlagen und idealerweise Batteriespeicherprojekten (BESS)
• Erfahrung in den Bauphasen:
- Montage
- Verkabelung
- Tiefbau/Infield
- Speicherintegration
• Mehrere vergleichbare Projekte (idealerweise 5–10+) begleitet
Nice to have:
• Tiefbau-Kenntnisse
• Englischkenntnisse
