+ Schriftverkehr mit Firmen
+ Kommunikation auf der Baustelle
+ Bauherrenvertretung
+ Koordination Fremdfirmen und Gewerken
+ Qualitätssicherung
+ Dokumentation
5 Tage/Woche onsite
Anforderungen: + Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung in der TGA
+ Erfahrung in Großprojekten (TGA Volumen >75 Mio. EUR)
+ Erfahrung in der Pharma Branche
+ Erfahrung mit Explosionsschutz
+ Erfahrung in der Koordination von ca. 20-30 Fachbauleitern
