As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in empowering two agile development teams working on complex Java-based OSS applications within the telecommunications sector. Your primary responsibility will be to foster collaboration, streamline Agile processes, and remove impediments to ensure efficient delivery in a demanding legacy and OSS system landscape. - Contribute Scrum Master expertise to enable two agile software development teams. - Provide guidance and improve the effective execution of Scrum ceremonies - Advise teams on Agile and Scrum best practices in an external consulting capacity. - Identify, track, and highlight impediments impacting delivery and propose mitigation measures, including:- Missing system or application access - Environment and infrastructure issues - Release and deployment blockers - Test data or test environment issues - Dependencies on other teams, vendors, or OSS/BSS systems - Provide recommendations for coordinating cross-team dependencies.  - Contribute insights on delivery optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement. - Promote transparency regarding progress, blockers, and delivery risks. - Delivery enablement within a complex OSS and legacy application environment + 40hrs/ week + C1 Level in German + For this role a 20% onsite presence in D4 is required Anforderungen: Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to lead teams in a fast-paced telecommunications environment? Your background, skills, and motivation are essential to driving success in this role. While the must-haves lay the foundation, there are additional qualifications that will set you above the rest. - You must possess proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software development settings, ideally with 3-5 years of experience. - You will have a strong background working with Java development teams. - You must possess experience in OSS/telecom environments or similar complex enterprise landscapes. - You should have an advanced understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum methodologies. - You will be adept at managing both technical and organizational impediments effectively. - Your communication, coordination, and facilitation skills must be excellent to thrive in this collaborative role. - You should have familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and DevOps platform environments. - You must have professional German language skills at Level C1 or higher. Beyond the essentials, here are additional qualities we admire: - Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is strongly desired. - Experience with OSS/BSS systems and legacy platforms will make you stand out. - On-site presence and the ability to facilitate effective onboarding into the DG OSS landscape will be advantageous. - Deep knowledge of the DG OSS environment or readiness for upfront knowledge transfer is a plus. Nice to have: - Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent). - Experience with OSS/BSS systems and legacy platforms. - Indepth knowledge of software delivery processes within the DG OSS landscape is considered a strong advantage.
