+ Feature Definition für die Entwickler / POs
+ Erstellung einer techn. Dokumentation
Anforderungen: + sehr gute Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von digitalen Transformationsprojekten (Größenordnung: Unternehmen mit ca. 3000 MA)
+ Erfahrung in der Formulierung von User Anforderungen zu techn. Requirements (Feature Definition für die PO/Entwickler)
+ sehr ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität
+ Erfahrung in der Identifikation von Ineffizienzen (via Mitarbeiter-Interviews)
+ sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
+ sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
