Aufgaben:
• Vorgerichtliches und gerichtliches Inkasso (telefonisch und schriftlich) in Form von
Zahlungsvereinbarungen (Vergleiche, Ratenverträge und Stundungen)
• Forderungen aus Schlussrechnungen titulieren, Erwirkung von Vollstreckungsbescheiden,
Widerspruchsbearbeitung sowie die dazugehörigen Adressenrecherchen
• Klageverfahren (inkl. Einstweilige Verfügungen) vorbereiten (Zahlung + Zutritt)
• Bewertung von Bonitätsauskünften, Vorbereitung Wertberichtigung und Forderungsabgabe
an Inkassodienstleister
• Manuelle Zahlungsverbuchung der Debitoren
• Vertragskontokorrent (Umbuchungen und Kontenpflegen)
60-80 % remote
1-2 Tage pro Woche onsite in D4**** während der Einarbeitungsphase.
Anforderungen: Erfahrung mit:
- SAP IS‑U Forderungsmanagement (3 Jahre+)
