+ Identifikation und Dokumentation von Abweichungen zwischen den vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen und den tatsächlich erbrachten Leistungen
+ Berechnung der Kosten für zusätzliche oder geänderte Leistungen
+ Einreichung von Nachtragsforderungen beim Auftraggeber und Verhandlung über die Anerkennung
+ Verteidigen der Nachträge
Baustellen sind in NRW, Tätigkeit ist aber remote leistbar
Anforderungen: + Erfahrung in iTwo
+ Erfahrung im Nachtragsmanagement im Tief- und Straßenbau
Zusätzliche Informationen: Auslastung: 60-100
